Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, selected lesson, experience notes, and message content
- Correspondence you send by email or phone
- Basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type when required for security of the hosting environment
- Cookie consent preference stored in your browser (see the cookies page)
We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers, or brokerage account credentials through this site.
Purposes
We use data to answer inquiries, schedule technical analysis training, issue invoices, improve lesson logistics, and meet legal accounting duties in KR.
Retention
Inquiry messages without a booking are kept up to twelve months. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Korean tax and commercial rules, typically five years. You may request earlier deletion where the law allows.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Send requests to info@virtualization-api.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
International transfers
If our hosting or email provider stores data outside Korea, we rely on contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination. Training itself is delivered from KR; we do not sell personal data.
Security
Access to inquiry mailboxes is limited to training staff. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or sensitive financial account numbers in forms.

We will revise this page when our practices change and note the effective context in site correspondence when material changes affect booked trainees.
