Refunds & rescheduling

Scope

This policy applies to paid technical analysis training offered by Virtualization API: the Support & Resistance Intensive, Multi-Timeframe Clinic, Private Markup Hour, and related scheduled sittings. This site does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Eligibility window

Full refund of fees paid (minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your invoice) is available if you cancel in writing at least seven full days before the first scheduled sitting. Cancellations inside seven days are eligible only for a partial credit as described below, unless we cancel the sitting.

Full refund

Granted when: we cancel or materially relocate a session and you decline the alternative we offer; or you cancel with at least seven days’ notice and no session materials unique to you have been custom-prepared beyond the standard prep list.

Partial refund or credit

Cancellations between three and six days before the first sitting receive a credit of fifty percent of the session fee toward a future date within six months. Inside three days, fees are generally non-refundable except for documented medical emergency or government-ordered restrictions, reviewed case by case.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable on the invoice (typically ₩50,000 to hold a group seat)
• Completed private markup hours
• Portions of an intensive already delivered (the completed sitting’s pro-rata fee)

Process

Email info@virtualization-api.digital with your name, booked session, and reason. We confirm eligibility within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds inside Korea may take additional clearing time depending on your bank.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next equivalent intake at no extra fee.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least five days before the sitting, subject to capacity. Further reschedules may require a ₩30,000 administrative fee.

Deposits, no-shows, and work started

No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit and the session fee. If a private hour has begun, the full hour is charged. For group intensives, missing sitting one without notice forfeits that sitting’s share; we may allow sitting two only if space and pedagogy allow.

Materials

Printed checklists included in the fee are yours to keep. Custom annotated charts prepared for your follow-up email are part of the service once sent and are not “returned” for refund.
