Acceptance

By browsing this site or booking a lesson with Virtualization API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not request a session or submit forms.

Services described

This site describes in-person and remote technical analysis training focused on support and resistance mapping. Descriptions are informational. A binding booking exists only when we confirm dates and fees in writing after your intake note.

Intellectual property

Lesson materials, checklists, annotated example charts, and site copy remain the property of Virtualization API. You may keep personal notes and your own marked charts. You may not reproduce our handouts for public courses, resale, or redistribution without written permission.

No investment advice

Training teaches chart structure. It is not investment advice, brokerage service, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own orders and risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Virtualization API is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or consequential damages arising from use of training content. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

Conduct

We may refuse or end a session if a participant disrupts the group, shares others’ charts without consent, or repeatedly ignores safety instructions for studio equipment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction over Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do shall hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
